Po spuštění nástroje Servisní konzole vyberte rozhraní ve stejné síti Layer 2, jak je popsáno v LKB000216330.

View protokoly koncového zařízení v terminálu výběrem "VIEW DEVICE STATUS" [5] nebo shromážděné výběrem "EXPORT LOGS" [10] z hlavní nabídky.

Chcete-li exportovat protokoly pro podporu, vyberte možnost "EXPORT LOGS" [10]. tar.gz protokolu se uloží do stejného umístění, kde byla spuštěna servisní konzole.
