Symptoms

NMC의 워크플로에서 세부 정보 표시 를 클릭하면 다음 오류 메시지가 표시됩니다.
메시지 버스 블록을 수락할 수 없는 오류:   

 

Cause

문제의 근본 원인은 RabbitMQ의 데이터 구조에서 교환 누락 또는 손상에 기인할 수 있습니다. 

Resolution

  1. NetWorker Server에서 관리자 PowerShell 프롬프트 또는 루트 셸을 엽니다. 다음 명령을 실행하여 NetWorker 및 NMC 서비스를 중지합니다.

Linux: nsr_shutdown ; sleep 10 ; systemctl stop gst
Windows: net stop nsrexecd /y
 

  1. RabbitMQ tmp 폴더의 이름을 바꿉니다.

Linux: /nsr/tmp/rabbitmq
Windows: C:\Program Files\EMC NetWorker\nsr\tmp\RabbitMQ 
 

  1. NetWorker Server 및 NMC 서비스를 시작합니다. RabbitMQ의 이름이 바뀌면 서비스 시작 시 새 데이터 디렉터리를 포함한 새 파일이 생성됩니다.

Linux: systemctl start networker ; sleep 10 ; systemctl start gst
Windows(PowerShell): net start nsrd ; Start-Sleep 10 ; net start gstd
