Symptoms

  • セーブセットを参照しようとすると、次のエラーが表示されます
user root does not have the privileges required to start the requested job. The required privilege is Operator NetWorker
  • nsraddadmin 外部の役割フィールドにエントリを追加するときに「不正なリソースファイル」を返します。

Cause

ローカル ユーザーの識別名(DN)がアプリケーション管理者ユーザー グループの外部の役割フィールドにありません。

Resolution

  1. NetWorkerサーバーで管理者特権でプロンプトを開きます。
  2. NetWorkerサーバーのローカル認証サービスを管理者リストに追加します。 nsraddadmin -H NETWORKER_SERVER_NAME -P 9090
  3. NMCがNetWorkerサーバとは別の認証ホストを使用する場合は、次のコマンドを実行します。 nsraddadmin -H REMOTE_AUTHC_SERVER_NAME -P 9090
