Symptoms

  • 嘗試流覽儲存集時出現以下錯誤
user root does not have the privileges required to start the requested job. The required privilege is Operator NetWorker
  • nsraddadmin 向外部角色欄位添加條目時返回「錯誤的資源檔」。

Cause

應用程式管理員使用者群組的外部角色欄位中遺失本機使用者的辨別名稱 （DN）。

Resolution

  1. 在 NetWorker 伺服器上開啟提升權限的提示。
  2. 將 NetWorker 伺服器的本機驗證服務新增至系統管理員清單： nsraddadmin -H NETWORKER_SERVER_NAME -P 9090
  3. 如果 NMC 使用與 NetWorker 伺服器分開的驗證主機，請執行： nsraddadmin -H REMOTE_AUTHC_SERVER_NAME -P 9090
