Symptoms

La interfaz del usuario web de NetWorker (servidor nwui está instalado en un sistema Linux.
El error nwui está recuperando el conteo de actividades según el estado del servicio de monitoreo: No se puede crear tempDir. java.io.tmpdir está configurado en /tmp
Permission of /tmp is correct ( 1777)

Caused by: org.springframework.boot.web.server.WebServerException: No se puede crear tempDir. java.io.tmpdir está establecido en /tmp
at org.springframework.boot.web.server.AbstractConfigurableWebServerFactory.createTempDir(AbstractConfigurableWebServerFactory.java:195) ~[spring-boot-2.5.13.jar!/:2.5.13]
 
Causado por: java.nio.file.FileSystemException: /tmp/tomcat-docbase.9095.7010022492869394908: Demasiados enlaces

Cause

La cantidad excesiva de archivos en /tmp que comienza con tomcat impide que NWUI funcione correctamente.

Resolution

Elimine los archivos en /tmp/tomcat*.
rm -rf /tmp/tomcat*
 
Reinicie el servicio NWUI.
systemctl restart nwui
