Symptoms

När du har startat om den bärbara datorn fungerar inte ALS. När detta inträffar visar HID Sensor Collection V2-enheten ett gult utropstecken i Enhetshanteraren.

Cause

Operativsystemet kunde inte läsa in WudfRd-drivrutinen i Windows User Mode Driver Framework (UMDF).

Resolution
