Problème lié au pilote
Resolution
Le département d’ingénierie travaille sur un correctif qui sera publié dans DDPM et qui éliminera l’installation du pilote du stylet actif Dell séparément. La mise à jour vers DDPM sera publiée sur la page de support de l’ordinateur dès qu’elle sera disponible. La date de diffusion prévue est fixée à février 2026.
La mise à jour du pilote du stylet actif Dell vers la version A00-00 ou ultérieure sur l’ordinateur résout le problème. Reportez-vous à l’article Téléchargement et installation de pilotes Dell pour obtenir des instructions sur le téléchargement et l’installation du pilote.
