Lors de l’ouverture de DDPM ou de Dell Peripheral Manager (DPeM), vous ne pouvez pas voir d’icône de stylet pour coupler un stylet actif.
Cause
La prise en charge des pilotes pour les écrans tactiles spécifiques n’est pas encore incluse dans DDPM et nécessite l’installation d’un pilote supplémentaire.
Resolution
Téléchargez et installez le pilote des composants Wacom pour le stylet actif Dell Pro Plus PN5122W.
Dell publiera une nouvelle version de DDPM en septembre 2025. Cette version inclut le pilote nécessaire.
Remarque : DPeM est en fin de vie et n’est plus mis à jour. DDPM a remplacé DPeM.
