The audio output issue occurred after updating Windows with AMD Radeon 890M/880M/860M/840M/760M/740M Graphics Driver v.32.0.13046.7002 and AMD Audio Coprocessor v.7.0.0.46.
Cause
The AMD Audio CoProcessor driver is supposed to be updated to version 7.0.0.49, but due to a Windows Update failure, it only updates to 7.0.0.46.
Resolution
To resolve the issue, update the AMD Radeon 890M/880M/860M/840M/760M/740M Graphics Driver to 32.0.13046.7002 which automatically installs the AMD Audio Coprocessor v.7.0.0.49.
