Symptoms
When joining a Microsoft Teams meeting on a Dell Pro laptop, the microphone on a Bluetooth headset may stop working or disconnect. The headset may still appear connected in Windows, but other meeting participants are unable to hear you. The issue can occur when joining a meeting or shortly after the meeting begins.

Cause
An issue with how Bluetooth audio is processed on these Dell Pro laptops can cause the headset microphone to disconnect during web meetings.
Resolution
Note: Before starting the update, perform the following:
- Back up all personal data. For more information, refer to Back Up and Recovery.
- Connect the AC adapter.
Updating the MediaTek MT7920/MT7921/MT7922/MT7925 Bluetooth UWD Drive to version 1.1146.0.585 or later on the computer resolves the issue. To download and install the driver, refer to the Driver Update Guide.
