Instructions
1.使用完整驗證的線上支援帳戶登入Dell 支援網站 https://www.dell.com/support/home/。從右側標籤中選取 技術支援 選項。
2.選擇其中一個可用選項，以指出案例的資產序號。
3.輸入產品序號後。透過下拉式功能表選取 案例/問題類型 。對於代碼或 OE 升級，請選擇 操作環境升級。
4.從可用的支援選項中，選取 建立服務要求。
5.請檢查 聯絡資訊 ，並視需要更新。按一下繼續。
6.提供所有必要資訊，然後按一下 提交。記下 SR 編號以供參考。
