Instructions
1.使用经过充分验证的在线支持帐户登录戴尔支持网站 https://www.dell.com/support/home/。从右侧选项卡中选择 Technical Support 选项。
2.通过选择其中一个可用选项,指示案例的资产序列号。
3.输入产品序列号后。通过下拉菜单选择 案例/问题类型 。对于代码或 OE 升级,请选择 Operating Environment Upgrade。
4.从可用支持选项中,选择 创建服务请求。
5.检查 联系信息 并在需要时进行更新。单击 Continue。
6.提供所有必需的信息,然后单击 Submit。记下 SR 编号以供参考。
