使用 Dell PowerEdge （Gen13 和 Gen14） 平台的資料保護裝置可透過 USB 服務連接埠建立與 iDRAC 的直接連線。
此連接允許與通過IP連接相同或完整的功能。

適用於：

  • 所有使用 Dell PowerEdge 平台的資料保護應用裝置
    • 例如，PowerProtect DD3300 |DD6900 |DD9400 |DD9900 |X400 |DP4400
  • Dell PowerEdge Gen 13 和 Gen 14 伺服器

先決條件：

  • USB （A） 轉 micro-USB （B） 纜線
  • iDRAC 使用者名稱和密碼 （預設值 = root/calvin 或 root/PSNT）
  • 具備 USB （A） 連接埠的筆記型電腦
  • 在 BIOS 中啟用「iDRAC Direct」USB 連接埠 （預設值 = 啟用）
    • 您可以使用系統 BIOS 啟用或停用 iDRAC Direct USB 連接埠。
      前往 系統 BIOS>整合式裝置。

  1. 將 USB 纜線連接至伺服器/裝置和管理系統上的 IDRAC Direct 連接埠 （Micro-USB） （例如筆記型電腦）
    R740 上的 iDRAC Direct USB 連接埠
    R740 上的 iDRAC Direct USB 連接埠

    C6420 上的 iDRAC Direct USB 連接埠
    C6420 （x400） 上的 iDRAC Direct USB 連接埠;節點 1 （頂部） 顯示未連接纜線的連接埠

  2. 檢查 IP 位址 169.254.0.4 是否已分配給筆記型電腦：
