Symptoms



장치 관리자를 통해 스위치에 연결할 수 없거나 SAN 클라이언트로 검색할 수 없어 아래와 같이 snmp 시간 초과 오류가 발생합니다.
" Error: SNMP xx.xx.xx.x timed out. Busy network, no route, or snmpd is unresponsive."

장치 관리자 

Cause

  • 스위치 측에 SNMP 구성이 있는지 확인하고 다른 워크스테이션에서 시도했지만 동일한 문제가 발생했습니다.
  • 결국 방화벽을 확인한 후 통신에서 SNMP 관리자와 에이전트가 사용하는 포트인 UDP 포트 161이 차단된 것을 발견했으며, 이것이 차단된 경우 요청이 스위치에 도달하지 않습니다.

Resolution

 - SNMP 통신을 위해 포트 161을 활성화하고 방화벽 제한이 없는지 확인합니다.
- 포트 161이 이미 활성화되어 있고 문제가 지속되면 snmp.timeout을 기본값인 10000에서 25000으로 변경하고 snmp.preferTcp 설정을 false에서 true로 변경하여 문제가 해결된 KB 000376909 참조하십시오.
