症状

  • Data Domainシステムにシリアル接続で接続できない
  • Data Domainシステムが応答しません
  • ネットワーク経由でData Domainシステムに接続できない
  • キーボードとモニターがData Domainシステムで使用できないか、応答しません
  • Data Domainシステムをデバッグするにはリモート セッションが必要ですが、ネットワークが動作していません

Resolution

ターミナル エミュレーターを使用したシステムへの接続

Data Domainシステムに接続し、DD OSコマンドを実行するには、次の手順を実行します。

  1. ノートパソコンとData Domainシステムの間にシリアル ケーブルを接続します。必要に応じて、USB-to-DB-9 または USB-to-DB-9 および DB-9 から Micro-DB-9 へのコンバーター ケーブルもラップトップに使用します。

  2. ノートパソコンでターミナル プログラム(Putty、HyperTermなど)を起動し、次の通信設定を行います。
