Symptoms

Si tratta esclusivamente di un problema di segnalazione. I backup e la manutenzione non sono interessati.
 
Lo stato di monitoraggio di Avamar per Data Domain cambia da verde a giallo nell'interfaccia utente di Avamar Administrator.

Nell'interfaccia utente di Avamar potrebbero essere visualizzati uno o più dei seguenti errori: 
Invalid SNMP trap host or trap host.

Cause

Il valore host trap SNMP di Data Domain è impostato sul nome host interno dell'Avamar Utility Node anziché sul nome di dominio completo (FQDN) di Avamar.

Resolution

Attenersi alla seguente procedura:
  1. Accedere all'interfaccia utente di Avamar Administrator.
  2. Cliccare sulla scheda >Server scheda Server Management.
  3. Selezionare il Data Domain in questione (il Data Domain in questione presenta un punto giallo a sinistra del nome utente).
  4. Selezionare Actions> Edit Data Domain System.
  5. Dalla finestra di visualizzazione, selezionare "Re-add Trap Host".  
Riaggiungere l'host trap
  1. Cliccare su OK per aggiornare Data Domain.
  2. Accedere a Data Domain e verificare che l FQDN di Avamar sia stato aggiunto a Data Domain (output di esempio riportato di seguito).
