Symptoms

Cause
根據 RAID 狀態和系統中的磁碟機，當 filesys destroy 命令已執行，即使移除檔案系統， 磁碟區 仍可能無法正確銷毀。這可以防止：
- 卸下機櫃
- 創建新的檔案系統，因為該卷將保持預置狀態。
Resolution
