Symptoms

新节点添加到现有 Avamar 网格中，但条带平衡几乎没有进展。

几周后，新节点上的条带数量仍低于原始节点。

Cause

当电网处于空闲状态时，平衡将在维护窗口期间运行。

如果在维护窗口期间正在运行备份或传入复制，则无法运行平衡。

Resolution

执行以下作之一：

1.按照 Solve 过程中的建议配置平衡。

2.查看网格计划以确定在维护窗口期间备份或传入复制数据是否写入 Avamar Server。 

这可以通过运行最新版本的 sched.sh 脚本或通过运行运行状况检查脚本 （proactive_check.pl） 替换为 --sched 标记一起使用。

3.在一天中运行维护的时段查看活动监视器中是否有传入的备份活动。

如果维护时段冲突，请将备份重新配置为在维护时段之前结束，或将维护时段移到一天中的其他时间。

Additional Information

在需要平衡的情况下，将备份和维护分离可能是一种临时措施。

最佳做法是 不允许 备份在维护窗口期间运行。

这样做会导致备份和维护任务运行速度变慢。因此，性能可能会变得令人无法接受。
