Symptoms

新節點已新增至現有的 Avamar 網格，但等量平衡幾乎沒有進展。

數週後，新節點上的等量數量仍會低於原始節點。

Cause

平衡在網格空閒的維護時段運行。

如果在維護時段內正在執行備份或傳入複製，則無法運行平衡。

Resolution

執行下列動作之一：

1.按照求解過程中的建議配置平衡。

2.檢閱格線排程，以判斷在維護時段內備份或傳入的複寫資料是否寫入 Avamar 伺服器。 

這可以透過執行最新版本的 sched.sh 指令檔或執行執行狀況檢查指令檔 （proactive_check.pl） 與 --sched 旗標搭配使用。

3.查看活動監視器，瞭解在一天中運行維護的時段內的傳入備份活動。

如果維護時段發生衝突，請將備份重新配置為在維護時段之前結束，或將維護時段移至一天中的其他時間。

Additional Information

將備份和維護分開可能是一種臨時措施，同時需要平衡。

最佳做法 是不允許 在維護時段內執行備份。

這樣做會導致備份和維護任務運行緩慢。因此，效能可能會緩慢到令人無法接受。
