How to determine the supported slot assignment for I/O cards (a.k.a SLIC or IO module) on a Data Domain system?

Cause

Depending on the Data Domain Model, each model has specific slot rules dictating which I/O card goes where.

Resolution

Check the Hardware Guide of the relevant DataDomain Model to determine the I/O module Slot Mapping/Assignments.
- An easy way to find the Hardware Guide is to Search the Dell-EMC Support portal for 'Hardware Guide <Model_no>' 
- e.g. Hardware Guide DD4200
