Symptoms

 변경 사항:   

  • SDS를 실행하는 SVM이 재부팅되었습니다.

  • 재부팅 후 모든 CloudLink 암호화 디바이스가 오류 상태에 있었으며 지우지 못했습니다.

증상:    

  • SVM 상태는 디바이스가 "Locked" 상태이며 CloudLink 게이트웨이 연결이 "Pending” 상태임을 나타냅니다.

  • SDS 디바이스 및 용량을 사용할 수 없습니다. 

Cause

시스템을 재부팅한 후 CloudLink 게이트웨이는 시스템을 "Join-Pending" 상태로 설정하고 모든 해당 디바이스를 "잠금 상태"로 설정합니다.

Resolution

이는 PowerFlex 문제가 아닙니다.

단계:   

  1. CloudLink CLC에 액세스합니다.
  2. 보류 중인 시스템을 수락합니다. 수락하면 모든 디바이스가 암호화된 상태로 돌아갑니다.
  3. VxFlex UI로 돌아가서 SDS의 모든 디바이스에서 디바이스 오류를 수동으로 지웁니다.
