Resolution

Verifique o estado das VMs de infraestrutura do ADFS no Azure Stack.

Para esse problema, reinicializamos as duas VMs de infraestrutura do ADFS no Azure Stack para retomar o acesso ao portal.
A reinicialização das VMs de infraestrutura do ADFS também resolveu a advertência do cluster de fabric do Azure Stack Privileged Endpoint Service no relatório de validação do AzureStack.
