문제

SyncIQ는 올바르게 구성된 DNS를 사용합니다. DNS가 올바르게 구성되지 않은 경우 SyncIQ 정책이 실행되지 않을 수 있습니다.

증상

다음과 유사한 메시지가 /var/log/isi_migrate.log 파일에 나타납니다.

isi_migrate[10861]: coord[siqtest]:

5 nodes on target available: 1)10.1.215.1 2)10.1.215.2 3)10.1.215.3 4)10.1.215.4 5)10.1.215.6
....
isi_migrate[18315]: primary[siqtest]: Failed to connect to target worker 0 (10.1.215.6): connect failed: Operation timed out

Cause

원인

SmartConnect 존 이름을 타겟으로 삼도록 SyncIQ 정책이 구성된 경우 SyncIQ가 해당 존의 노드에 연결됩니다. 정책이 실행되기 시작하면 소스 클러스터와 타겟 클러스터가 사용 가능한 노드 목록을 전달합니다. DNS가 Isilon 클러스터의 타겟 SmartConnect 존 이름에 대한 위임 항목을 사용하여 올바르게 구성되지 않은 경우 SyncIQ 정책이 실행되지 않습니다.

Resolution

해결책

다음과 같이 하십시오.

  1. 클러스터의 노드에서 SSH 연결을 열고 "root" 계정을 사용하여 로그인합니다.
  2. 다음의 nslookup 명령에서 <target IP> 는 소스 클러스터의 isi_migrate.log 에서 식별된 IP 주소입니다. 
    nslookup <target IP>
    예: 
    nslookup 10.1.215.2

    다음과 유사한 출력이 나타납니다. 
    2.215.1.10.in-addr.arpa   name = cluster01-2.lab.example.com.
2.215.1.10.in-addr.arpa   name = cluster02-2.lab.example.com.
    위의 예에서는 동일한 IP 주소에 대해 두 개의 서로 다른 이름이 반환됩니다.
     
  3. 다음 명령을 실행하여 잘못된 DNS SmartConnect 존 이름을 수정합니다. 여기서 <policy_name> 은 SyncIQ 정책이고 <ip_fqdn> i대상 클러스터의 IP 주소 또는 FQDN(정규화된 도메인 이름)입니다. 
    isi sync policies modify --target-host=<ip_fqdn> <policy_name>

    이제 SyncIQ가 제대로 작동할 것입니다. 추가 문제가 발생하면 Isilon 기술 지원 부서에 문의하십시오.
