Kun restkypsä työ aloittaa merkintävaiheensa, työ epäonnistuu ja OneFS:n WWW-hallintakäyttöliittymän Tapahtumat-sivulle ja kun isi events -komento suoritetaan OneFS-komentorivikäyttöliittymässä, ilmestyy seuraavankaltainen tapahtuma:
