Objects may be unavailable for read/write if a customer bucket is not configured for 'Access During Outage' or if one or more VDCs is in a failover state.

Open a service request with Dell technical support and reference this KB.

Additional Information

Dell support asks that the network status of the affected VDCs is verified as follows:

  • Confirm if any current network issues are ongoing.
  • Confirm if there was any network issue recently.
  • Confirm if the VDC replication interface ports 9094 and 9096 are opened bidirectionally.
  • Confirm if the VDC data interface port 9101 are opened bidirectionally
