문제의 원인을 확인하려면 Diagnostic Info 번들에서 LMS output.log in C:\Program Files\Dell\Dell Data Protect\Encryption\LMS\Logs 또는 LogBundleName\ProgramFiles-DDP\Encryption\LMS\Logs를 엽니다. 다음은 샘플 오류입니다.

Windows Home Edition에는 컴퓨터 관리 스냅인 내에 로컬 사용자 및 그룹이 포함되지 않습니다. Powershell을 관리자로 사용하여 계정 검증 및 제거 credsecagent$admin 를 수행할 수 있습니다.
