要验证问题的原因，请在 C:\Program Files\Dell\Dell Data Protect\Encryption\LMS\Logs 或 LogBundleName\ProgramFiles-DDP\Encryption\LMS\Logs 中打开诊断信息捆绑包中的 LMS output.log。下面是一个示例错误：

20xx-xx-x xx:xx:xx,xxx ERROR CONTAINER [4] - Credant.Common.Security.SecurityException: Error trying to protect databaseSettings ---> System.Configuration.ConfigurationErrorsException: Failed to decrypt using provider 'LmsRsaProvider'. Error message from the provider: The RSA key container could not be opened. (C:\Program Files\Dell\Dell Data Protection\Encryption\LMS\Database.config line 2) ---> System.Configuration.ConfigurationErrorsException: The RSA key container could not be opened.

不适用

要解决此问题：

1. 卸载 Dell Encryption Personal（旧称 Dell Data Protection | Personal Edition）。
2. 删除 Dell Encryption 并且您已验证所有文件均已解密后。
   • 删除 C:\Program Files\Dell\Dell Data Protection 中的 Encryption 文件夹。
   • 从 v8.15 及更高版本开始，您必须删除以下文件夹：c:\programdata\dell\dell data protection\encryption。

3. 从计算机中删除 credsecagent$admin 本地帐户。

4. 卸载 Dell Encryption。

Windows 家庭版不包含计算机管理插件中的本地用户和组。可以以管理员身份使用 Powershell 验证和删除credsecagent$admin帐户。

在管理 Powershell 会话中：

检查本地用户：

Get-WmiObject -Class Win32_UserAccount -Filter "LocalAccount='True'"

如果找到 credsecagent$admin 帐户，可以在同一管理员 Powershell 会话中运行以下命令来进行删除：

net user ‘credsecagent$admin’ /DELETE
