Resolution

CMGShield.log에 버전이 번갈아 있는 경우 동일한 컴퓨터에 아래의 각 경로에 하나씩 두 개의 CMGShieldNP.dll 복사본이 있는 것입니다.

C:\Program Files\Dell\Dell Data Protection\Encryption
C:\Windows\System32
참고: 위치는 기본 설치 위치를 기반으로 합니다. 사용자 지정 설치의 디렉토리 경로는 다를 수 있습니다.

이 문제를 해결하려면 C:\WIndows\System32 아래의 파일 이름을 CMGShieldNP_Old.dll 바꾸고 컴퓨터를 다시 시작합니다.
