如果CMGShield.log具有交替版本，则同一计算机上存在两个 CMGShieldNP.dll 副本，以下每个路径一个：

C:\Program Files\Dell\Dell Data Protection\Encryption
C:\Windows\System32
提醒：这些位置基于默认安装位置。自定义安装可能具有不同的目录路径。

若要解决此问题，请将 C：\WIndows\System32 下的文件重命名为 CMGShieldNP_Old.dll，然后重新启动计算机。
