要解决此问题：

登录受影响的 Dell Security Management Server Enterprise。
右键单击Windows开始菜单，然后选择Run（运行）。
在Run（运行）UI中，键入services.msc，然后单击OK（确定）。
右键单击Dell Core Server，然后选择 Stop。
在 Window Search 菜单中，键入并选择 Server Configuration Tool。
转至操作>配置证书。
在 Certificate Configuration 中，按 Next。
选择 Express，然后按 Next。
按 Yes 键以使用当前证书。

提醒：仅当已存在自签名证书时，才会显示此提示。
单击 Finish 以关闭证书设置。
右键单击Windows开始菜单，然后选择Run（运行）。
在“运行”UI中，键入 mmc 然后按 OK。
在 managed migration utility (MMC) 用户界面 (UI) 中，选择 File，然后选择 Add/Remove Snap-In。
在 Snap-in UI 中，选择 Certificates，然后按 Add。
选择 Computer account，然后单击 Next。
选择 Local computer，然后按 Finish。
在 Snap-in UI 中，按 OK 键。
在 MMC 中，展开 证书（本地计算机）>个人>证书
此时将列出新创建的证书。双击证书以检查 到期日期 ，以确保证书与今天的日期 +10 年匹配。
