Resolution

When system log files are exported, Wyse ThinOS 9 prompts for the user to create a password that is used to encrypt the archive log bundle. This password must be provided to technical support to extract the log files.

Note: Password must include:
  • An upper and a lower case letter
  • A number
  • One or more special characters (!@#%^&*-_')
  • Minimum length of nine characters
