Cause
必须启用取证管理员访问权限，设备服务器和密钥服务器才能分发加密密钥。
Resolution
在设备服务器配置文件夹（默认位置C:\Program Files\Dell\Enterprise Edition\Device Server\conf)）中手动编辑文件context.properties，如下图所示。
设置 service.forensic.enable=true
