The endpoint is shown as a Dell Data Protection | Encryption product, when viewing the Shield Details in the management console.

When the user clicks the recovery option, the user receives an .exe instead of the expected .csv.

Resolution

Dell Data Protection | Enterprise Edition v7.1.3 thinks all endpoints of v7.2 or later are Dell Data Protection | Encryption endpoints.

To be able to get the SDE keys, extract the SLA Recovery Bundle using the following command line:

LSARecovery.exe -v 5 -cmgadmin -x 88 -d .\ -p <exe_password>

This has been resolved in version 7.3.
