Dell Data Protection Server Tabs are not appearing under some headings

Resolution
After an upgrade, you may have an issue with tabs not properly rendering, similar to this image:

If this is seen, hold Control and press F5 with the focus on your browser. This forces the cached files for that website to be cleared and new data to be pulled down from the server, resolving the issue.
