- Image with -xData Cleanup Manager (xDCM)

This procedure requires xDataCleanupConfig.xml and security.zip for replacement. Contact Dell Technical Support to obtain the files.
Note: xData Cleanup Manager (xDCM) is a Wyse standard application that prevents irrelevant information from being stored on a local disk.
Password-related policies that are delivered from a domain controller to built-in accounts (Admin and User) are not reflected when using an operating system image with xData Cleanup Manager (xDCM) installed.
The following items apply to password-related policies:
- Forced logoff time (minutes)
- Password change prohibition period (days)
- Password validity period (days)
- Minimum password length
- The number of old passwords that cannot be used
- Lockout threshold
- Lockout period (minutes)
- Lockout monitoring window (minutes)

How do I know if my computer is affected by this issue?
- Log in using the admin account.
Note:
- If automatic log in to the User desktop is enabled, log off from the User's desktop and log in as Admin.
- The default password for Admin is
DellCCCvdi.
- Press the Windows + e key to start Explorer.
Check to see if there is an xDCM folder in C:/Program Files. If you have an xDCM folder, you must replace the files, contact Dell Technical Support.
