Cause

부팅 전 인증 환경 Dell Data Protection | Self-Encrypting Drive Manager v8.5 이전 버전은 TLS 암호화 프로토콜을 지원하지 않습니다. 이후 서버 버전에서는 이러한 프로토콜이 기본적으로 비활성화되어 있습니다. 이로 인해 부팅 전 인증 환경에서 서버에 인증하려고 할 때 오류가 발생합니다.

Resolution

  1. 기어 아이콘을 클릭하여 화면 왼쪽 하단 모서리에 있는 Options 메뉴를 연 다음 Error Diagnostics를 클릭합니다.

  1. 서버 버전을 확인합니다. 서버가 업데이트된 Dell Security Management Server v8.5.1 이상 또는 업그레이드된 Dell Security Management Server Virtual v9.0 이상인 경우 Security Server 서비스의 spring-jetty.xml 파일을 수정해야 합니다. 서버 유형에 따라 spring-jetty.xml 구성 파일의 기본 위치는 다음 두 위치 중 하나입니다.
    • Dell Security Management Server - C:\Program Files\Dell\Enterprise Edition\Security Server\conf
    • Dell Security Management Server Virtual - /opt/dell/server/security-server/conf
