Stop de Dell Compatibility Server-service. Maak eerst een back-up van het server_config.xml-bestand .

Zoek de volgende regel in het bestand server_config.xml :

 SecAdmin
Opmerking: Dit is de configuratie die bepaalt welke beheerders SDE-sleutels van de server kunnen downloaden.

Om de helpdeskbeheerder in staat te stellen dit te doen en niets extra, bewerkt u de regel om:

 SecAdmin,HelpDeskAdmin

De Dell Compatibility Server-service moet opnieuw worden opgestart om de wijziging van kracht te laten worden.
