Resolution

Dell의 Security Management Server(Dell Data Protection Server 및 Credential Mobile Guardian Server를 비롯한 이전 버전)는 풀 기반 라이선스 모델을 활용합니다. CAL(Client Access License)은 서버와 통신하는 활성 디바이스 수에 따라 사용됩니다. 사용 중지된 디바이스가 서버에서 CAL을 사용하고 새 디바이스 추가 기능을 차단하는 경우 다음 단계를 수행하여 CAL에 대한 사용 권한을 해제하고 아래의 서버 버전을 클릭합니다.

참고: 실수로 활성 디바이스를 제거하면 CAL이 일시적으로 해제됩니다. 이전에 제거된 것으로 표시된 디바이스가 Dell Security Management Server/Dell Data Protection Server 또는 Credant Mobile Guardian 서버에 체크인하는 경우 자동으로 제거되지 않고 디바이스에 대한 다른 CAL을 요청합니다.

  1. Run Remote Management Console로 이동하여 Dell Encryption Administrator로 로그인합니다.
  2. 엔드포인트로 이동하여 제거할 이름을 검색합니다.

  1. 해당 엔드포인트를 제거하려면 장치 이름 아래의 링크를 참조하십시오.

    1. 제거하려는 모든 시스템에 대해 이 프로세스를 반복합니다.
    참고: 각 엔드포인트 옆에 있는 확인란을 선택하여 여러 디바이스를 한 번에 선택할 수 있습니다. 모든 엔드포인트를 선택하면 "Remove" 옵션을 클릭하면 선택한 모든 엔드포인트가 제거됩니다.
