Resolution
戴尔的安全管理服务器（和以前的变体，包括 Dell Data Protection Server 和 Credential Mobile Guardian Server）利用基于池的许可模式。客户端访问许可证 （CAL） 基于与服务器通信的活动设备数量而使用。当停用的设备在服务器上使用 CAL 并阻止添加新设备的能力时，请执行以下步骤以释放 CAL 的权限，单击下面的服务器版本。
提醒：无意中移除活动设备会导致 CAL 的临时版本。如果以前标记为已移除的设备检入到 Dell Security Management Server/Dell Data Protection Server 或 Credant Mobile Guardian 服务器，则系统会自动将其移除，并声称该设备具有另一个 CAL。
- 进入 运行远程管理控制台 并以 Dell Encryption 管理员身份登录。
- 转至 Endpoints 并搜索要删除的名称。

- 对要删除的所有计算机重复此过程。
提醒：通过选中每个端点旁边的复选框，可以同时选择多个设备。选择所有端点后，单击“Remove”选项将移除所选的所有端点。
- 进入 Run Remote Management Console 并以 Dell Data Protection | 身份登录加密管理员。
- 转至 Endpoints 并搜索要删除的名称。
