Este artigo descreve o que acontece quando o Core Server é interrompido inesperadamente no Dell Data Protection | Enterprise Edition devido a uma falha do .net.

Se nenhum erro SQL estiver presente nos logs de núcleo ou de compatibilidade, a causa pode ser porque o .net para de responder. Esse tipo de mensagem aparece no log do Visualizador de Eventos do Aplicativo:

Isso foi corrigido no patch cumulativo v8.3.1 e não é mais um problema na versão 8.5 e posterior.

A implementação do monitoramento no Core Server notifica quando os serviços param e é recomendada. No entanto, o monitoramento pode ser configurado para reiniciar automaticamente; o serviço pode parar novamente se a conexão SQL não tiver sido restaurada.
