Cause

Dell Security Management Server Virtual이 /etc/ntp.conf에 구성된 NTP 서버와 통신할 수 없고 관리 콘솔에서 이메일 알림에 서비스 알림 알림을 구성한 경우 다음 알림 이메일을 받게 됩니다.

Resolution

참고: 포트 123에 대한 열린 경로가 필요합니다.
  1. 하이퍼바이저 관리 콘솔에서 Dell Security Management Server Virtual 관리 콘솔에 로그인합니다.
  2. launch shell을 선택합니다.

  1. 를 입력하여 ddpsupport 사용자로 전환합니다 su ddpsupport.
    • 비밀번호: ddpsupport (기본값)
  2. NTP 구성 파일을 편집하려면 vi 편집기에서 NTP 구성 파일을 여는 파일을 입력 sudo vi /etc/ntp.conf 합니다.
  3. 삽입 모드로 들어가려면 누릅니다 I .
  4. 기본 NTP 서버를 사용 가능한 경우 자체 서버 또는 잘 알려진 서버로 교체합니다 time.microsoft.com.
