Cause

如果您的 Dell Security Management Server Virtual 無法與 /etc/ntp.conf 中設定的 NTP 伺服器進行通訊，且您在管理員主控台的電子郵件通知中設定了服務警示提醒，則會收到下列警示電子郵件：

Date: Tue, 24 Jul 2018 14:58:23
Action: restart
Host: ddp.demandis.com
Description: process is not running
Service: NTP Service
Event: Does not exist

Resolution

注意：需要一條通往埠 123 的開放式路徑。
  1. 登入 您的 Dell Security Management Server Virtual Administration 主控台 （從 Hypervisor 管理主控台）。
  2. 選 取啟動 Shell。

  1. 輸入 su ddpsupport 以切換至 ddpsupport 使用者。
    • 密碼：ddpsupport （預設值）
  2. 若要編輯 NTP 組態檔案，請在 vi 編輯器中開 sudo vi /etc/ntp.conf 啟 NTP 組態檔案。
  3. 按 I 下以進入插入模式。
  4. 將預設的 NTP 伺服器更換為您自己的伺服器 （如果有的話） 或是已知的伺服器 time.microsoft.com 。
注意：如果 Dell Security Management Server Virtual 和 NTP 伺服器之間出現延遲問題，您可以在 iburst 伺服器位址之後新增旗標。例如：server time.microsoft.com iburst。

  1. 完成變更後，按 ESC 下即可 :wq 儲存並結束。
  2. 接下來，執行以重新開機 NTP 服務 sudo service ntp restart 。

您可以執行此命令，確認與已設定的 NTP 伺服器的 ntpq -p 連線能力。
