Cause

如果您的 Dell Security Management Server Virtual 无法与 /etc/ntp.conf 中配置的 NTP 服务器进行通信，并且您已在来自管理员控制台的电子邮件通知中配置了服务警报提醒，则会收到以下警报电子邮件：

Date: Tue, 24 Jul 2018 14:58:23
Action: restart
Host: ddp.demandis.com
Description: process is not running
Service: NTP Service
Event: Does not exist

Resolution

提醒：需要通往端口 123 的开放路径。
  1. 登录 到您的 Dell Security Management Server 虚拟管理控制台（从虚拟机管理程序管理控制台）。
  2. 选择 launch shell 。

启动 Shell

  1. 通过键入 su ddpsupport切换到ddpsupport用户。
    • 密码：ddpsupport （默认值）
  2. 要编辑 NTP 配置文件，请在 vi 编辑器中键 sudo vi /etc/ntp.conf 入打开 NTP 配置文件。
  3. 按 I 下以进入插入模式。
  4. 将默认 NTP 服务器替换为您自己的（如果可用）或众所周知的服务器，例如 time.microsoft.com。
提醒：如果 Dell Security Management Server Virtual 和 NTP 服务器之间存在延迟问题，则可以在服务器地址后添加 iburst 标记。例如：server time.microsoft.com iburst。

  1. 完成更改后，按 ESC 后按 :wq 保存并退出。
  2. 接下来，通过运行 sudo service ntp restart重新启动 NTP 服务。

您可以通过运行 ntpq -p来确认与配置的 NTP 服务器的连接。
