Symptoms
Carbonite Endpoint requires a dashboard to manage:
- Users
- Devices
- Activation codes
This guide explains how to log in to the Carbonite Endpoint dashboard.

To log in to the dashboard:
- The Carbonite Endpoint dashboard URL must first be identified. If a computer has been activated, go to Step 2. If a computer has not been activated, go to Step 3.
- When a computer has been activated, the URL may be found in the About tab in the Carbonite Endpoint device. Go to Step 4.

- When a computer has not been activated, the Activation URL may be found in your welcome email from Carbonite Endpoint. Go to Step 4.

- Open a web browser and go to the Carbonite Endpoint dashboard.
- Log in to the dashboard.

Note:
- If this is your first time logging in or if you have a passcode, the links along the bottom can be used to input the passcode instead of a password.
- If you must reset your password, you can click the Forgot your password link to generate a passcode. Passcodes expire after 24 hours.
