Dell BitLocker Manager 每五分钟检查一次计算机，以确保策略实施。如果终端用户从 Windows 中关闭 BitLocker，并且启用 BitLocker 的策略设置为 true，则 Dell BitLocker Manager 会重新启用 BitLocker。
如果 Dell BitLocker Manager 检测到 BitLocker 已关闭，它会将其重新打开。
