Resolution

Versie 9.1 van de serversoftware introduceerde een nieuwe Core Server-instelling MinimumCheckinTime. Met deze instelling kunnen BitLocker Manager en SED-clients maximaal eenmaal per x aantal minuten met inventaris inloggen.

De instelling is te vinden op deze locaties voor hun respectieve serverversies:

  • Windows-applicatie van Dell Data Protection | Encryption Enterprise Server:
C:\Program Files\Dell\Enterprise Edition\Core Server\AgentServiceObjects.config
  • Linux-apparaat van Dell Data Protection | Encryption Virtual Edition Server:
/opt/dell/server/core-server/AgentServiceObjects.config

De standaardwaarde is 720 minuten (12 uur) in v9.1 en eerder en 120 minuten (2 uur) vanaf v9.2 en hoger. Dit zorgt ervoor dat de server inventarisaties weigert van computers die in de afgelopen 12/2 uur zijn ingecheckt.
