Dell Encryption Remote Management Console Page Displays Error Message, "This page can't be displayed"

Affected Products and Versions:

• Dell Data Protection | Enterprise Edition Server v9.2 or later
• Dell Security Management Server
• Dell Data Protection | Virtual Edition Server v9.2 or later
• Dell Security Management Server Virtual
• Dell Endpoint Security Suite Enterprise v1.0 or later

This message may occur while navigating the Remote Management Console at:

• Advance Threats tab
• Dashboard section

This could be the result of the dynamic IP used by the tenant (cloud console) changing while the old IP remains cache.

To resolve the issue:

1. On the device experiencing this issue, close the Dell Remote Management Console.
2. Right-click the start menu and click Run.

3. Type CMD and then press OK. This launches the command prompt user interface.

4. In the command prompt, type ipconfig /flushdns and then press enter. This flushes the DNS cache.

5. Reopen the Dell Remote Management Console and then check to see if the problem is resolved.
