Windows 10, 8, 8.1 och 7* har inte inbyggda DVD- och Blu-Ray-uppspelningsfunktioner. Antingen Windows DVD-spelarappen (inget Blu-Ray-stöd) eller en app från tredje part måste användas för att spela upp DVD- och Blu-Ray-filmer.
