Symptoms

仅当作系统和 iDRAC 在单独的 VLAN 中工作时，才能访问与作系统共享网络端口的 iDRAC。

用户可以配置 Dell EMC PowerEdge iDRAC，以在一个或多个 LOM 港口。这是限制网络环境中所需的物理交换机端口数量或为 iDRAC 提供物理冗余的常见做法。使用此配置时，终端用户可能会注意到主机作系统无法 ping 或连接到共享端口上自己的 iDRAC IP。

 

Cause

当主机作系统和 iDRAC 都使用相同的 VLAN网络。当从主机作系统发送广播数据包时，广播将排除源交换机端口。在这种情况下，iDRAC 不会广播请求。

Resolution

为了解决此问题，Dell Technologies 工程建议将主机作系统和 iDRAC 存在于不同的 VLAN 上。为了实现此配置，必须考虑一些事项：

 

  • 利用的 LOM 端口必须连接到作为两个 VLAN 成员的中继交换机端口。
  • 有关如何从主机作系统中为共享 NIC 标记 VLAN ID，请参阅网络适配器用户指南或主机作系统文档。 
  • 在 F2 系统设置iDRAC >>设置>>网络设置 >>VLAN 设置中启用 VLAN ID 设置。
