Der er visse scenarier, hvor SanHq ikke viser statistik for netværkskort. Dette problem opstår, når en firewall blokerer SNMP-protokollen mellem lageret og SanHQ-programmet.

Resolution

Kig på firewall-reglerne, hvis SNMP-trafik mellem Group Management-IP, Member Management-IP og SanHq-programmer er tilladt for hinanden.

Hvis reglen ikke eksisterer, skal den oprettes.
